On a positive note, the hotel's location was great as it was situated near a bus stop that provided easy access to the city across the road. its proximity to motorways made it convenient for travelers. The communal areas were also clean and well-maintained, and there was a small restaurant next to reception that offered a variety of options for guests.

The customer service was consistently poor, with unprofessional and unsympathetic staff. One guest even mentioned that when they requested to speak to a manager, they were told that the person they were speaking to was in charge, indicating a lack of proper customer service training.

Seamless check-in process. Helpful and caring front desk staff. Continental breakfast arranged for early morning. Complimentary drink on second visit. Good location for Merlin Park and Star City area

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and very helpful, even printing a forgotten ticket for us. The breakfast included was delicious, and they even provided a grab bag for early departures. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. We loved the convenient location, close to food outlets and with easy access to transportation. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

The breakfast was savoury, everything was great. Really enjoyed the good area next to restaurants, the highway, the motorway. Moreover, it had parking on-site.

Met at the lobby by courteous and informative. Beautiful & immaculate rooms with roll in shower. Plenty of facilities such as: an iron, an electronic key card and a work desk. Could use their easy parking.

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was included in the price and offered a relaxed and informal atmosphere. As a vegan, I appreciated that they had options for me, even if it was just three items. this hotel offered great value and met all my needs.

The staff is pleasant, the breakfast marvellous, the ocation is marvellous short walk to city centre and restaurant. The units are updated, spotless.
